Teaching has always played an important role in my career from dancing to yoga. I’m deeply passionate about helping others and place a strong focus on connecting breath to movement, mindfulness, self-awareness and self-acceptance. My background in dance has deepened my understanding of body movement and self-expression, which has been an amazing foundation for teaching yoga.. I believe in encouraging my students to embrace their range of motion and presence in each moment making the practice more accessible and rewarding to themselves.

I offer a wide range of styles and want to meet students where they are at. Whether a student is looking for a dynamic flow, deep stretching, or something more recovery focused, there is something for everyone. My goal is to create a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience level.
